Building Partners, One Relationship at a Time
Importance of Community
Tessier’s core values are rooted in providing a safe and secure workplace for our personnel, and exceptional service for our customers. However, our services go beyond the walls of our company.
At Tessier’s, we are dedicated to bettering the communities in which we live and operate. Not only have we built facilities that are cornerstones in their respective communities, but you will routinely see our great people doing extraordinary things to impact their neighborhoods.
Our company’s mission is building partners, one relationship at a time. Improving our communities aligns with our mission, and our company’s values. We work with many volunteer organizations, and have embarked on numerous philanthropic efforts. Our team is involved with multiple youth associations, ranging from athletic leagues to Boy Scouts.
Leadership outside of the office directly benefits our employees in the office, fostering an environment where our employees are more engaged and connected to their work. In turn, we know this will lead to even better relationships with our customers, and our communities.
We consider the areas in which we serve our own, and we are always looking for ways to get involved. While we have completed many notable projects around the Midwest, we are committed to serving our local communities.
At Tessier’s, we’d like to give back. If you have volunteer opportunities, please contact us.
