The HVAC system for the office area of this project consists of a single indoor air handling unit with an energy-recovery wheel, variable frequency drive, direct expansion cooling coil and hot water heating coil; and an under floor air distribution system including under floor fan terminal units with heating coils to accommodate the building perimeter heating requirements, a direct digital temperature control and building automation system. The warehouse area is served by an in-floor radiant heating system.
