Tessier's involvement in Cherapa Place began early with the budgeting phase of this project as well as assisting the engineering team with the financial analysis of various HVAC system concepts. The heating, ventilating and air conditioning system serving Cherapa Place consists of a central boiler plant, a high efficiency air-cooled water chiller, central station air handling units located on alternate floors, an under floor air distribution system, and a direct digital temperature control and building automation system.
