Tessier's Inc. offers NEBB certified Test & Balance services for both Air and Hydronic systems. Test & Balance continues to be a significant part of the HVAC commissioning process for new buildings. Through Test & Balance, most design or installation inefficiencies can be easily identified and resolved.

The importance of Test & Balance in newly constructed buildings is obvious. Often overlooked is the need for Test & Balance in buildings that have undergone several different renovations. Some buildings expand in ways that weren’t originally expected, adding equipment to areas that previously were set aside for future employee use. In these cases the HVAC system may appear to be malfunctioning because the system is no longer in balance.
