We take great pride in the professional HVAC fabrication and installation work done by our highly trained sheet metal mechanics.

Our state-of-the art fabrication shop includes a plasma cutter, coil line, power breaks, and shears that allow us to accommodate ductwork specifications that range from residential applications to large scale industrial work, as well as various custom designed sheet metal products. Tessier’s custom welding shop works hand in hand with the sheet metal fabricators, constantly producing products for a wide range of clients out of stainless steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized metal, and black iron that meets and exceeds their expectations.

In the field our sheet metal foremen, journeymen, and apprentices are experts in addressing the inherent challenges of installing elaborate HVAC systems in new or existing facilities while maintaining demanding construction timeframes. We support our field installation team with a solid infrastructure of project managers/engineers, NEBB supervisors, LEED AP’s, CADD operators, and estimators who take an active role in the building construction/renovation. In summary, our strong leadership and skilled labor combine to provide a diverse set of skills that ensures that every HVAC installation is state-of-the art, on schedule, cost efficient, and of the highest quality.
