With three licensed professional engineers, four graduate engineers, three LEED accredited professionals, and trained CADD operators on staff, Tessier's Inc. has the resources and experience on par with consulting engineering firms to assist you with your design-build project needs in all areas.

 

• Function – By focusing on the parameters set forth by the owner, we are able to tailor the design of our HVAC systems to address both our client’s needs and desires based on local building codes.
• Schedule – In-house design-build allows for expeditious responses and resolutions to issues uncovered during the preconstruction trade-coordination phase and requests for information that can arise during the building construction phase, thus helping to ensure that critical milestones are met.
• Cost – Having a single source of responsibility for both design and construction on a project can provide a sizable cost advantage to any owner throughout the building process by reducing change order potential and design interpretation conflicts.
