At Tessier's, Inc. our safety will not be compromised. One of our Core Values as a company is: “Target Zero”- Providing a safe work environment for our employees and others is a top priority. Tessier’s is committed to this by providing the safest working environment possible on every project, every day. We maintain an aggressive and proactive Safety Program, aimed at increasing employee awareness and minimizing occurrences of injury.

Our Management Team, Full-time Safety Director, Safety Staff, and Safety Committees are continuously driving safety to all areas of our organization. We have been able to prove that creating a safe work environment leads to more efficient projects, which benefits not only our employees and organization, but our customers as well.

Our outstanding safety record is no accident, but the direct result of a vigorous safety program that includes, but is not limited to:

• A comprehensive written safety program
• Ongoing jobsite inspections
• Weekly safety meetings for all field and shop personnel using “Tool Box Talks” as a catalyst for the review of project challenges
• Formal classroom training and OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
• Safety Committees comprised of our management, project managers, project foremen and elected field representatives
• On-line computerized training for all employees
• A Safety Incentive Program
• Random drug and alcohol testing
